 COOKING CLASS IN VENICE



Location: VENETO/VENICE


Cooking class in Venice with Chef Gevi.

Some years ago Giovannina (also called Gevi) started a food catering business in private houses,and now she decided to give her own custom cookery classes in her home, which is also a small registered B&B with two nice bedrooms.

As a passionate cook, her goal is to show food lovers the principles of both Venetian and Italian Food -  simplicity, freshness, tradition, regionalism and the excellent raw  material - which in our opinion are rarely duplicated outside Italy.

Gevi lives in a nice apartment in the Santa Croce district, far from the mad crowd of the city center.
From the dining room you can walk up to a cute roof terrace full of flowers, where guests have breakfast or an aperitif before dinner, if it is not too cold!

The class lasts 4 hours and will be followed by a meal in the large dining room.
