About the cooking lessons (afternoon class/4PM): Your chef, Claudia Santina, will welocme you in her local reataurant. During the cooking class, you will learn the classic dishes of Mediterranean and Ligurian dishes, known throughout the world for its refined simplicity that harmonizes the products of the sea, the garden and the woods. For example you will learn how to prepare classic dishes such as "Cima di Vitello alla Genovese". (rolled beef stuffed with a mix of vegetables and cheese); pasta al pesto andfocaccia alla Genovese (flat bread loaf of Genoa), just to name a few.
Claudia Santina is undoubtedly one of the best chefs of the area, simply because of her dedication to the art of cooking, her enthusiasm in teaching, and of course the hands-down deliciousness of her dishes. This true Ligurian lady will teach you an overwhelming amount of recipes.
