Walking through the historic center of Sorrento, on the seaside, it joins Piazza Vittoria, where the Hotel Bellevue Syrene is.
The current Hotel Bellevue Syrene, which rises on the foundations of a Roman Villa of the 2nd century BC, was born in 1750 as a private villa. In 1820 the residence was transformed into a small hotel.
The restorations done through the years did not damage the original style and, often, they have emphasized the antique eighteenth century frescos.

All of which have brought the Bellevue Syrene to be included in Italy's historic places. In the central body of the villa there is also a common welcoming meeting place.
In the covered bar of "The Winter Garden", a veranda facing the hotel pathway, the atmosphere is warmed up every evening with a piano bar.
The intimate "Dalì Hall" is equipped with a fireplace.

The Cigar Bar offers a variety of cigars, as well as a selection of liquors and distillates.
The spacious halls with frescos are ideal for relaxing and, for the reading lovers, rich is the choice of books offered by the hotel.
Available for the guests is also the "Play Corner" and the TV room. The spacious restaurant "Lord Astor" on the sea peak offers a variety of rich choices of dishes, particularly typical dishes of the local traditional cuisine, as well as a great selection of wines.

The terraces of the hotel, facing the Gulf of Naples, offer breathless views. "The Pergola", located at the entrance of the structure, functions as a snack bar and as a restaurant in the open during the day and as a piano bar during the summer.
The antique dining room of the villa was transformed in the functional meeting room "De Curtis", which can accommodate a maximum of 40 people.

The private walk to the seaside of the Hotel - accessible via elevator - is open from May to September and offers its clients the free use of its sun beds and beach umbrellas. Available to the guests there is also the private spacious parking of the hotel.

The hall was obtained from the antique living room of the villa; decorated with hand painted glass and wonderful frescos, it is available for whomever desires to organize a meetings or a conference with the assurance of absolute discretion and of a world unique background.

The "Villa Pompeiana" is made up of a spacious terrace with a colonnade and of two internal halls, built at the beginning of the century in perfect Pompeii style.
These environments are particularly suitable for wedding ceremonies and galas, as well as intimate candle light dinners.

Hotel Bellevue Syrene is equipped with 73 rooms, subdivided in a central body located on the sea peak and a small house in the verdant path of the hotel.
All of the rooms have a small balcony, for the most part on the sea peak. Carefully detailed in the furniture which is sober and elegant, equipped with every modern comfort: satellite television, a mini bar and a safe, air-conditioning and hairdryer.

The 5 suites available for the guests are different from each other and are equipped with a big terrace with a view on the Gulf of Naples.

The 19 junior suites are, instead, characterized with a disposition on two levels which divides the day area of the living room, from the night area.

The 66 standard rooms, divided in various floors linked by two elevators, can either have a sea view or a garden view. Standard room may also be located in the basement.

Restaurant: The spacious restaurant "Don Giovanni" is open for breakfast and dinner and offers a rich variety of dishes, including typical dishes of the local traditional cuisine and a great selection of wines.

Theme Dinner: Many entertaining evenings scheduled and events to celebrate in a special way.
Typical Neapolitan Dinner: The evening is inspired to the Neapolitan folklore with costumes and accessories in the eighteenth century style.
Waiters serve in typical Neapolitan costumes, the tables are decorated with multicolored tablecloths or country chequered with floral centerpieces or with citrus fruits and candles. Characteristic is the musical entertainment with a Neapolitan trio.

Private Beach: Ideal for those who decide to relax, the beautiful beach facing the Vesuvius is easily reachable via a comfortable elevator at the entrance of the hotel. From May to October it is possible also to take advantage of the seaside path equipped with sun beds, chairs and beach umbrellas (free of charge).

Spa: the perfect place for a moment of total relax. The Turkish bath, as well as the massage are available of whomever desires "to lower " themselves in the quietness and peacefulness of the place.
