Umbria/Assisi (Capodacqua)

This course is best suited for those who are intrigued to know what goes into making a bottle of Organic Assisi Doc wine. The course starts in the vineyards and continues in the winery until the sensory analysis of wine. On completion of the course you will receive a certificate of Apprentice Winemaker!

Includes: lesson on viticulture and enology, sensory analysis of 5 wines Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT.

Wines will be accompanied by hot bruschettes with our organic extra virgin olive oil, a selection of typical salami of Norcia, Umbrian cheeses and typical desserts from our kitchen.
